I design clear, human-centered systems for learning, assessment, communication, and continuous improvement. My work draws from experience across grades 7–12 English Language Arts, English Language Development, accreditation, MTSS implementation, professional learning, and schoolwide leadership.
I create standards-aligned lessons, rubrics, writing supports, assessment tools, and student-facing resources that connect learning goals to measurable outcomes.
I turn complex needs into usable workflows, documentation systems, data tools, and implementation processes that help teams work with greater clarity and consistency.
I develop resources, facilitate training, and support educators and teams through standards alignment, backward design, data use, and program implementation.
Coordinated accreditation work across 9 departments for a comprehensive high school serving approximately 2,500 students. Synthesized stakeholder input, schoolwide data, program findings, and improvement priorities into a 73-page self-study report and action plan.
Helped develop MTSS referral forms and data collection processes across academic, behavioral, and social-emotional domains. Delivered staff professional development to support consistent documentation, referral procedures, and intervention planning.
Designed and revised standards-aligned curriculum, assessments, rubrics, writing supports, and interventions across grades 7–12. Collaborated through ELD PLC data cycles and targeted curriculum adjustments that contributed to approximately three-fourths of a freshman ELD cohort reclassifying.
I believe effective systems should be clear, accessible, and humane. Whether I am designing a curriculum unit, building a referral process, facilitating professional learning, or analyzing program needs, I focus on the people who have to use the system every day. My work is grounded in clarity, reflection, equity, and practical implementation.
I am currently exploring opportunities in curriculum and assessment design, learning systems, program support, data-informed improvement, and operations roles where education experience is an asset.
